Gettie PRIVACY POLICY

Gettie (hereinafter referred to as "Gettie", "we", "us" or "our"), a subsidiary of Mixstir Inc, takes your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how we treat Personal Information that we process about you. If you do not want us to handle your Personal Information in this manner, please do not use the Gettie Platform. Personal information is information that could reasonably be used to identify you individually, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and mobile phone number.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Information You Give Us

We receive, store and process information that you voluntarily share with us when accessing or using our Platform and Services. Examples of when you may give us information include when you: • Access the Platform, such as to search for events, pay for events, or communicate with other users • Fill any form on the Platform, such as when you update the details of your user account, or when you supply ID verification information • Link your Gettie account to a third party site (e.g. Facebook), in which case we will obtain the Personal Information that you have provided to the third party site, to the extent allowed by your settings with the third party site and authorized by you • Communicate with Gettie Payment information: Although users can submit credit card or other payment information to pay for Gettie events or private booking services through the Gettie Platform, Mixstir does not receive this information itself. Payment information is transmitted directly to a third-party payment processor, Stripe, for all payments. Gettie does not store credit card details and instead relies on Stripe for this. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

2. Information We Collect Through Technology

Gettie collects information through technology to enhance our ability to serve you. When accessing and using the Gettie Platform, we and, in some cases, our thirdparty service providers collect information about how you use and interact with the Gettie Platform. Below are a few of the methods we use to collect information through technology: When you visit the Gettie Platform, we collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which is often associated with the portal you used to enter the Internet, like your Internet service provider (ISP), company, association, or university. Although an IP address may reveal your geographic area or ISP, we are unable to determine your identity solely based upon your IP address. We may, however, link the last IP address you used to access the Gettie Platform to Personal Information you provide us. In addition, we may also collect a “Device Identifier” (a unique identifier for your computer, mobile device, or other device used to access the Gettie Platform). Device Identifiers are numbers that are automatically assigned to the device you used to access the Gettie Platform and may be linked to other information about your use, such as what pages you viewed, and to Personal Information you provide us, such as your name. While you may disable the use of cookies through your browser settings, we do not support the Do Not Track (DNT) browser setting. Gettie uses cookies and other similar technologies and may use analytics to track what you do in response to advertisements for Gettie services on third party platforms such as search engines and social networks. Any use of Cookies or of other tracking tools, unless stated otherwise, serves to identify users and remember their preferences, for the sole purpose of providing the service required by the user. Failure to provide certain Personal Data may make it impossible for Gettie to provide its services. Users are responsible for any Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this Platform and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

3. Information Collected by Mobile Applications

When you use certain features of the Platform, in particular our mobile application, we may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device, including, but not limited to different types of information about your location, including general information (e.g. IP address, zip code) and more specific information such as GPS functionality on mobile devices. If you access the Platform through a mobile device and do not want your device to provide us with location-tracking information, you can disable the GPS or other locationtracking functions on your device. We may also collect information about how you use the App and Platform, such as the amount of time you spend using it, how many times you use a specific feature over a given time period, how often you use it, and actions you may take in the App and Platform.

4. Information You Provide To a Third Party

The Gettie Platform includes links to sites or applications operated by third parties (“Third-Party Sites”) and plugins from Third-Party Sites. For example, you may be directed to a Third-Party Site to conduct a background check or to receive a ride to the event location or share an event on a social networking platform. In some cases, you might provide information, such as your name, telephone number, and email address. The Third-Party Site might then share any necessary information with us. Gettie does not control any Third-Party Sites and is not responsible for any information they may collect. The information collection practices of a Third-Party site are regulated by that site’s privacy policy. We recommend reading any Third- Party Site’s privacy policy if you choose to enter or click on a plug-in.

5. Information Third Parties Provide About You

In order to enhance our ability to serve and tailor content to you, we may use information about you received from third parties to supplement the information we collect about you through the Gettie Platform. If you are logging in to the Gettie Platform through a social networking site, such as Facebook, we may collect your Facebook authentication token and account identification number in order to provide you with access to your account on the Gettie Platform.

6. Information You Provide About a Third Party

We may collect information about third parties provided to us by you in a circumstance such as you sharing your friends’ names and email addresses with us. We store this information only for our referral service and to track the success of the referral program. We do not use this information for any other marketing purpose unless we obtain consent from those people or we explicitly state otherwise.

HOW WE USE AND PROCESS THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the information we collect to better serve our customers, consider applicants, promote our services, and improve the user experience of the Gettie Platform, with examples including: • Enabling you to access and use the Platform • Perform analytics, conduct research, personalize and customize your experience to operate, protect, and improve the Platform • Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling services • Managing payments for events and services • Improving customer service • Sending marketing and promotional emails, unless you have opted out of such material • Troubleshooting technical problems on the Gettie Platform • Conducting online or mobile sweepstakes or other promotions • Contacting you for service, support messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, and information requested by you • Complying with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes that we may have with any of our users, and enforce our agreements with third parties

User Communications

We may, either directly or through third parties, review or analyze your communications with other users exchanged through the Gettie Platform for risk assessment, investigation, fraud prevention, customer support purposes, product development and regulatory compliance. We will not sell these reviews or analyses of communications to third parties. By using the Platform, you consent that Gettie, in its sole discretion, may, either directly or through third parties, review, analyze, and store your communications, through either automated or manual methods.

HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The following are some of the ways we may disclose your information: • Parts of your public page that contain some Personal Information may be displayed in other parts of the Platform to other users for marketing purposes or for the referral and rewards programs. • The Platform allows your public profile and public bartender profile to be included in search engines, in which case your public profile and public bartender profile will be indexed by search engines and may be published as search results. • We may provide third-party service providers with access to your information, including your Personal Information, so that they can provide or facilitate certain aspects of the services offered through the Gettie Platform for us. • We use third-party service providers to analyze your user of our app. • We may disclose your Personal Information to an attorney in the process of obtaining legal advice. • We use Stripe, a third-party service provider, to process any billing information, including credit card information submitted by you. • When service professionals and hosts applying to participate on the Gettie Platform in the United States provide their Social Security numbers for an identity verification, the Social Security number is transmitted using SSL encryption to the identity verification service provider. • When you attend a Gettie, we will disclose some of your Personal Information to the Host for a rating review that may be public on the Platform. • When using the Gettie Platform, you may be presented with opportunities to receive information or marketing offers directly from third parties. If you agree to share your Personal Information to receive such information or marketing offers, your Personal Information may be disclosed to such third parties. All of the information you disclose to the third parties will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of such third parties, and therefore, you should review the privacy policies of such third partied before sharing your Personal Information with them. • If you choose to long-in to the Gettie Platform through Facebook or any other social networking site, we may share information about your account with the social networking site. • We may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to a court order, subpoena, civil discovery request, other legal processes, or as otherwise required by law. • We may disclose Personal Information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or protect the rights, property, or safety of Gettie, our users, or others. This includes disclosing Personal Information with other companies or organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. • We may publish, disclose and use information and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising, and other business purposes. • We reserve the right to disclose and transfer your information, including your Personal Information to a subsequent owner, co-owner, or operator of the Gettie Platform or successor database. In addition, we reserve the right to disclose and transfer your information in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, the sale of our membership interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including to any prospective purchasers.

CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION, OR CANCELING YOUR Gettie ACCOUNT

You may review, update, or delete the Personal Information in your Gettie account. If you would like to review, update, or delete your account entirely, you can do so by logging in to your account.

HOW WE PROTECT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or disclosure and improper use. For example, when users hire professional bartenders, the information they input is encrypted through SSL encryption. We do not store credit card information on our service, and we use SSL encryption to protect your credit card information when it is transferred to our third party payment processor. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account password and your computer or mobile device. Be sure to log out of your account after you have used our Platform on your computer or mobile device. Please note that despite our best efforts, no security measure is ever perfect or impenetrable, so we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by giving notice on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last update listed on the page. If you do not wish to agree to the changed Privacy Policy, then we will not be able to continue providing the Platform and Services to you, and your only option will be to stop accessing the Platform and Services and delete your Gettie account.
